The plant is fully equipped with the latest machines as well as testing facilities to match the best in technology prevailing in the world. <br> </p> <p class="text">Based on a 18,000 sq. meters site, built up area of around 4,000 sq.meters. A steel yard and painting & sand blasting rooms have been constructed at the rear of the plant.<br> </p> <p class="text">The machinery and equipment at the plant include a hydraulic CNC 750 tonnes Press brake and a variety of metal cutting, forming and welding machines. The installed production capacity is rated at 2,000 metric tonnes per annum. <br> <br> In addition, 600 sq. meters of office area have been constructed which includes 225 sq.metres of design office space. <br> <br> CAD facility includes 14 workstations equipped with Auto CAD 2000, two stations with SOLID EDGE and two with mechanical Desktop softwares. This facility also has a fully equipped Chemical analysis laboratory for testing of raw material. <br> <br> The working environment at the plant is pleasant and benefits from a large garden and trees planted along its perimeter. Despite having quickly built up a reputation as a professionally run and quality driven company the team at BHP went a step further and in 1997 were one of the first Indian companies to secure ISO 9001 certification.
