It has been accepted the world over that conveying of bulk cement by ships over sea is definitely cheaper and more eco-friendly. </span> <p class="Text">In 1993 BHP was involved with the first project of sea borne transport of bulk cement using cement carriers equipped with self-loading and unloading equipment supplied by BMH Marine for 3 ships.
